This is a maximal sprint workout. Choose Zone 2 for your easy session.
If you use Polar, start a separate Indoor cycling recording before riding. Mount your phone where it is easy to read.
Polar H10
— bpmUsing H10 alongside Polar
Wear the strap and enable “2 receiving BLE devices” in Polar Beat, or “2 Bluetooth devices” in Flow’s sensor settings. Start Polar’s recording, then connect here. Keep this app visible during the ride; check that Polar continues recording on your phone.
H10 uses an HTTPS page in Android Chrome. The downloaded file supports manual HR. No sensor readings are uploaded.
Backups & cloud storage
Your rides save on this device. A full JSON backup can restore your history and settings. Cloud backup is optional and uses your own S3-compatible storage.
Cloud backup is not configured.
Zone 2: 105–122 bpm. Working target: 110–120. These are your supplied session targets.
Install & offline use
When opened from an HTTPS website, use Chrome’s menu → Add to home screen / Install app. Open once online before using it offline. A downloaded HTML file also works for manual HR without a network. H10 support needs an HTTPS page in Android Chrome.
